New Patients
A Comfortable Place to Start Your Dental Care
Choosing a new dentist can feel like a surprisingly big decision.
You want someone who will listen before recommending treatment, explain what they see, and give you enough information to make decisions without feeling pressured. If it has been a while since your last dental visit, you may also be wondering what your first appointment will uncover.
At Quality Dentistry, you can start exactly where you are.
We welcome new patients with different dental histories and needs. You may be looking for a practice for regular preventive care, dealing with a tooth that has started bothering you, considering cosmetic treatment, or ready to address dental work you have postponed.
Whatever brings you in, our first priority is understanding your oral health and what matters to you.
What New Patients Can Expect
Your initial appointment helps us get a clear picture of your current oral health.
We review your medical and dental history and talk about any concerns you have noticed. From there, your visit may include a comprehensive dental examination and diagnostic X-rays.
This is also your opportunity to ask questions.
If something has become sensitive, tell us. If you are concerned about the appearance of your smile, bring it up. And if dental appointments make you nervous, we want to know that too.
You do not need to arrive knowing what treatment you need. That is what the examination and conversation are for.
$149 New Patient Special
Quality Dentistry currently offers a $149 New Patient Special for patients without dental insurance.
The special includes:
Comprehensive dental examination
Full-mouth X-rays
Panoramic X-ray
Healthy Mouth Cleaning, when clinically appropriate
We determine your cleaning needs during the examination based on your oral health, gum measurements, X-rays, and clinical findings.
Not every patient needs the same type of cleaning. If we find signs of inflammation, significant buildup, or periodontal concerns, we may recommend a different type of cleaning. We will explain what we find, why another type of care may be more appropriate, and any additional cost before proceeding.
Treatment recommendations are based on your individual needs rather than automatically following the same plan for every new patient.
No Dental Insurance? You Still Have Options
Not having dental insurance should not leave you guessing about how to manage routine care.
In addition to the new patient special, Quality Dentistry offers an in-office VIP Dental Plan as an alternative for patients without traditional dental coverage.
The Standard Office VIP Dental Plan is $276 per year and includes:
Two Healthy Mouth Cleanings
Full-mouth X-rays
Panoramic X-ray
Two routine examinations
One emergency examination
20% off most dental treatments
The 20% discount excludes cosmetic services, orthodontics, and clear aligners.
The plan has no traditional insurance claims, waiting periods, or deductibles.
An Option for Patients With Periodontal Needs
Healthy gums sometimes require more than routine cleanings.
For patients who need ongoing periodontal maintenance, Quality Dentistry also offers a Perio VIP Dental Plan for $429 per year.
The plan includes:
Three periodontal maintenance visits
Six localized irrigation treatments
One comprehensive periodontal evaluation
Full-mouth X-rays
Panoramic X-ray
One emergency examination
20% off most eligible dental treatments
The 20% discount excludes cosmetic services, orthodontics, and clear aligners.
We can determine whether routine preventive cleanings or periodontal maintenance are appropriate based on your gum health.
Insurance and Financing Options
If you have dental insurance, Quality Dentistry works with PPO and HMO dental plans. Coverage varies between plans, so our team can help you understand how your benefits may apply to recommended treatment.
For patients who would prefer to spread out the cost of care, financing options are also available through Cherry, CareCredit, and Sunbit for qualifying patients.
We believe the financial side of treatment should be clear before you move forward. If you have questions about coverage, cost, or payment options, please ask.
If You Have Been Away From the Dentist
Maybe six months have passed since your last appointment. Maybe it has been six years.
Either way, you can come back.
Patients sometimes postpone dental visits because of anxiety, finances, a busy schedule, or an unpleasant experience with dentistry in the past. Then enough time passes that returning starts to feel uncomfortable.
We don’t want you to feel guilty about that. We would rather find out what is happening now, address anything that needs attention, and help you move forward at a pace that makes sense.
If we identify several problems, we can discuss treatment based on your clinical needs and priorities, rather than making the process feel unnecessarily overwhelming.
Dental Care Beyond Your First Appointment
We hope your first visit is the beginning of a long-term relationship with our practice.
Quality Dentistry provides preventive, restorative, cosmetic, periodontal, implant, and emergency dental care. As your oral health needs change, having access to different areas of dentistry within the same practice can make continuity of care simpler.
Sometimes you may only need a routine cleaning. At other times, you may need to repair a damaged tooth, replace a missing tooth, improve your gum health, or discuss changes you would like to make to your smile.
We are here for those conversations too.
